Located near Dar es Salaam, Mikumi is part of the larger Selous ecosystem. It’s known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and zebras. The park offers relatively easy access and good game viewing, particularly around the Mkata River, which attracts large numbers of animals.
